Shocking! 11-year-old child raped and impregnated by her stepfather

The poor child was sexually and physically abused by her stepfather who left her pregnant.

A 60-year-old man took advantage of his 11-year-old stepdaughter

in a particularly cruel way. He sneaked into her room on numerous occasions during the night with a knife in his hand and raped the child. Then, in the summer of 2020,

the young victim got pregnant with his child.

The Prosecutor’s Office of Heves County announced on their website that they pressed charges against both the man and his partner. According to the press release, the man got to know his partner online during the summer of 2019. He later moved to her home to live together with the woman and her three children. The victim was one of them.

The children were forced to study from home due to the coronavirus, under the watch of their stepfather. The mother usually had some drinks after work, then went to bed.

The man physically abused all three of the children on a regular basis, with the mother being aware of it.

The perpetrator

In 2020, the girl got pregnant. When the man realised what happened, he made the child blame her situation on a classmate of hers.

Since the proper and healthy personality development of the children was gravely compromised by emotional negligence, physical abuse, and sexual traumas, the attorney general ordered foster care for all three children.

The mother and her partner, who had been convicted on several occasions, are both charged with the endangerment of minors. Moreover, charges were pressed against the man for sexual assault of a minor under the age of 12, committed with force and endangering the physical and mental health and the life of the victim.

The Prosecutor’s Office asked for 16 years of prison and ten years of proscription from public affairs – in the case he pleads guilty.

Moreover, they asked for the complete proscription of the perpetrator from all work and activity where he would be in charge of children.

In the case of the mother, the Prosecutor’s Office asks for a suspended sentence and the suspension of her parental authority of all three children.
