Hungary’s government agrees with Tusk’s view that mandatory quota divisive, ineffective

The Hungarian government agrees with European Council President Donald Tusk that the European Union’s mandatory quota for refugees is “a divisive and ineffective way to handle the migration crisis”, the Hungarian government office chief said at his weekly press conference on Thursday.
János Lázár criticised the European Commission for “attacking” Tusk over his remarks. He said the commission had “far exceeded” its scope of authority, adding that people who criticised Tusk were “unable to tackle the crisis”.
Lázár insisted that the government’s position had been “given weight” by the opinion of “2.3 million participants in the National Consultation on George Soros’s plan”.
Meanwhile, Lázár commented on Martin Schulz, head of the German Social Democrats, who flagged the idea of a European federal structure which all EU members should join by 2025 or face expulsion, saying: “Last time Hungary received such an ultimatum was from Adolf Hitler.”
Lázár said that Hungary would be an active participant in a European defence cooperation, and said it was “obvious” that Europe must increase such endeavours after Brexit.
Concerning a recent EU summit in Sweden, which focused on social issues, Lázár said the Hungarian government considers all decisions related to education or culture as national competencies.
Referring to a recent decision by the European Commission concerning “overpowering multinationals”, Lázár said that the commission had supported Hungary’s position and the Hungarian government had achieved “victory” in the case. Lázár said the decision affected companies selling consumer products that netted an annual 100 billion forints (EUR 318m), which “automatically means an overpowering position”. He added that Hungary’s Competition Office would “help protect consumers and the national interest”.
Lázár also touched on energy issues, saying the government will ease land use regulations to encourage agricultural firms to set up solar plants. He said the government had in mind 0.5 Megawatt micro-plants to be built on a single hectare each, from which the state would automatically buy the electricity generated. He also added that applicants would be offered subsidised loans to implement their part of the project.
Lázár argued that the government wants to minimise Hungary’s energy imports in the next 10-20 years, and the objective was to cover one half of the country’s total demand from the upgraded nuclear plant at Paks, and the other half from solar plants.
MP Rutte is for many Dutch people not a reliable person who is afraid for new elections because than his party, Dutch ‘Democrats’ VVD, will be reduced to a very small party, just as the other Dutch party, Liberal D66. Mr. Rutte is the last figure to attack Mr. Orbán about his asylum policy who has addressed his intention to be able to buy compulsory asylum seekers. And then Hungary will no longer contribute to solidarity? A shameless story, according to Rutte during his ‘statement’ in Brussels prior to an EU summit. He added: ‘Come on, the Netherlands could also say: we do not do anything anymore’.
Our Hungarian friends must know that the vast majority of the real Dutch people are more than tired of the lies of Rutte and that it is time for him to come to his senses and protect the rights of his own (financially ruined) compatriots. So take an example from Orbán!.
Orbán and his colleagues from Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia offered € 35 million earlier in on 14.12.2017 for the Africa Fund to ensure that Africans do not come to Europe. Wonderful, said Rutte, but the Netherlands also gives a lot, that fund is about the root causes of migration. And what will you do if there is a Syrian or Eritrean who really flees for (not existing) war and violence and tries to find a safe haven in Europe and everyone says: you cannot go here anymore? Why so much compassion, Mr. Rutte? Perhaps you get financial support from Soros?
It could be pretty intense discussion on 14.12.2017 during dinner. It could become violent, according to Rutte who acknowledged Orbán’s right to oppose a mandatory distribution mechanism. Rutte is a clown who emphasized that agreements such as those made earlier on a temporary compulsory redistribution of asylum seekers from Italy and Greece must be complied with. The 4 countries however, continue to refuse. Rutte says ‘Orbán will have to realize that this is not a place where you only get something but Rutte ‘forgets’ the high costs Hungary have made not only to protect his country but also the countries of northern Europa. Many people support Hungary and the other 4 Visegrád countries in this! A decision on a permanent compulsory distribution system for future refugee crises is also not yet taken.
Mr. Rutte has to learn to keep his mouth shut. Mr. Orbán does everything he can to protect his country and its inhabitants from all that gear that not only kills our civilized society, robs us financially, robs us and kills us. Come on, Rutte, wake up and do what you have to do: make the Netherlands and their original residents safe and secure!
