One of the most atmospheric running races of Budapest, Night Run is coming

Four days later, on July 11, Saturday evening, one of the most atmospheric running races of Budapest, the Night Run is coming. Last year it was a huge success, the organizers would double this year, origo.hu said.

The race headquarters will be in the Castle Garden Bazaar. After the start, the participants run up to the Castle next to the Buda Castle Funicular, then to the wharf on the other side of the mountain. After the turn following Szabadsag Bridge, the field continues to run on the wharf at night, the goal will also be in the Castle Garden Bazaar.

The race is rather a community program. The running starts with a common warm-up, and DJs will play music along the route.

Runners can choose from 3 distances: they can line up at 7 and 12km as well as on half-marathon (21km). At the competition, there is no defined level time, only the half-marathon runners have to complete the gauge in 2 hours 45 minutes.
