Parliament to debate 2019 draft budget, bill on association, privacy
Parliament will vote on the 2019 draft budget, the bill on the protection of privacy and the bill on assembly next week, during a three-day session concluding the summer session of parliament, lawmakers’ agenda shows.
On Monday, lawmakers will debate and vote on the amendment proposals to the 2019 budget bill.
On Tuesday, parliament is expected to vote on changes to the election law and law amendments pertaining to next year’s budget.
Parliament will finalise the budget bill and amend tax laws on Friday.
Lawmakers are expected to draft legislation on the right to assembly, the right to privacy and the control of foreign investments constituting security risks.
