Zala Springs Golf Resort
The luxury village will be built in the small village of Zalacsány, on the 160-hectare property of Zala Springs Golf Resort (designed by world-famous Robert Trent Jones Jr.), which is currently
the highest quality golf course in the whole region.
The golf course opened in 2015. This year, it was used by more than 10,000 players. They had unique opportunity to practice their golf swing, pitching and grip.

Within the resort, there is also a bistro, a clubhouse and two condos (the third one with 18 apartments is currently being built). The idea behind the apartments in the resort was “providing the comfort of a hotel via a quality downtown apartment”. The smallest apartments are 57 m2, while the largest are 186m2. The apartments cost between EUR 176,000 – EUR 675,000.
