Brave Warrior 2015 military exercise starts in NW Hungary
Budapest, September 17 (MTI) – An international military exercise dubbed Brave Warrior 2015 started in Gyor, in northwest Hungary, with Hungarian and US soldiers crossing the Moson branch of the River Danube on Thursday.
The military exercise will run through October 21.
The opening event was visited by US Ambassador in Hungary Colleen Bell, Defence Ministry state secretary Tamas Vargha and deputy commander of the US’s 4th Infantry Division Timothy J. Daugherty.
Vargha said after the presentation that since Hungary joined NATO 16 years ago, Hungarian soldiers had participated in many joint exercises and done they best to improve their capabilities.
