Magnificent! FC Barcelona to launch soccer academy in Budapest
FC Barcelona, one of the world’s largest professional football clubs, will start a football academy in Budapest for training children aged between 4 and 14 throughout the year.
In line with the agreement,
the academy in Budapest will operate under a professional director from FC Barcelona.
All coaches working for the academy will be expected to use the training methods of the Catalonian club.
The best players at the academy will get a chance to join Barcelona FC in the future because the Catalonian club will have a pre-emption right for footballers trained in Budapest.
As the official website says:
Our goal was to bring a national football club of international quality to Hungary, which was realized with the co-operation of one of the top teams of world-class football, Barcelona.
We are confident that, under the guidance of our professional leadership, we will bring up world-famous players who reach and even surpass the results of their predecessors, László Kubala, Zoltán Czibor, Sándor Kocsis. As the Barça hymn is saying, no matter where we come from, the flag unites us!
