Olympic champion fencer Csaba Fenyvesi dies
Budapest, November 3 (MTI) – Three-time Olympic champion epee fencer Csaba Fenyvesi has died, his family told MTI on Tuesday. He was 72 years old.
Fenyvesi was member of Hungary’s Olympic champion epee teams in 1968 and 1972, and triumphed in the individual event in the Munich Olympics.
His long list of achievements also included three world champion’s titles, along with two silver and three bronze medals in the world championships.
