What are you ordering? Delivery apps to rely on while social distancing
The coronavirus has created 99 problems for all of us, and food is 67 of them at least. I mean, grocery stores are running out of stock constantly, restaurants are closing up early, and you cannot possibly cook every day. I know I cannot. There is so much work to do around the house, and at the end of a long day, you do not want to think about what to cook and make sure you have the ingredients for it or run to the grocery store if you do not.
So, here are some delivery apps you can use to get the food to your house instead of stepping out. Now, I know what you are thinking, the obvious question of hygiene and sanitisation, but these companies are reputed and have stringent rules to combat the current issue, so just trust them.

- WOLT
Now, this one is easy. Essentially everyone knows it. Wolt is cool, they make their delivery people sanitise their hands and have probably the most number of restaurants. Although the delivery charges can be a bit much, there is a fun game you can play inside the app while you wait for the food. Plus, they sometimes give you credits to use just for existing. As I said, pretty cool.
- NET PINCER
This one is a close second to the food giant that is Wolt. I mean, sure, they do not have fun games or tracking and all the other cool stuff, but they have McDonald’s, which makes up for a lot of those things. Moreover, the delivery fee is slightly less than for Wolt, and that is as good as it gets here.
- PIZZA FORTE
Listen, I love pizza as much as the next person, and honestly, this might be some of the best I have had. I mean, sure, it is not the authentic Italian pizza you are looking for, but believe me when I tell you that it is good pizza, and the best part? No delivery charges. That is right, they have their own cute little website that does it for you. So, do not look too far for your pizza. Plus, great portion sizes.
- TESCO
Some of us are a little more responsible than the rest, and they do not want to go out of the house but still want the groceries and other essential things at home. Well, no worries, we have something for everyone. Tesco has its own online grocery store where you just decide what you want, pick a date for delivery, and you are done. The groceries will just come to you. So, get your hands on those beautiful Tesco strawberries.
- PRIMA
We all love Prima. It is a prime location for your essentials and non-essentials. It is overall pretty great. So, how would you feel if I told you that Prima, too, has an online grocery store where you can just pick your items and then sit back while they do the actual shopping for you, and you do not even have to move from your couch? Everyone loves that, right?
Food is a heavy task, we all know that. But if the internet can make your life a little easier, I would say let it. You deserve it. Have a good quarantine.
