Several famous Hungarian performers can be heard in the exclusive music series, including Veronika Harcsa, SENA, Németh Juci, and Jazzbois.
The House of Hungarian Music was already filled with music by Hungarian formations during the construction phase, with exclusive concerts, which can be seen in the Above All series on Facebook and YouTube from Monday, December 21st. The point of the initiative, which lasts until February with one concert a week, is to allow the audience to listen to the musical values of the Hungarian Music House, which will open at the end of 2021. In the Above All series, Veronika Harcsa and Bálint Gyémánt, SENA, Juci Németh and Hunor G. Szabó, VENI (Veronika Szász and István Bata), the couple Barnabás Kelemen-Katalin Kokas, and the band Jazzbois tested the future stage of the House of Hungarian Music and other spaces, such as the dome, writes Blikk.

The House of Hungarian Music will be a multi-functional institution. As a kind of musical initiation place, it wants to bring the rich Hungarian musical traditions closer to all domestic and foreign visitors, with its interactive permanent and temporary exhibitions based on 21st-century technology, music pedagogical workshops, music, and music-related events, as well as outdoor concerts. The Hungarian House of Music is scheduled to open in 2021, but with a music series performed by renowned Hungarian performers, it will give us a taste of what exciting music programs and services will await the audience in the uniquely designed building.

A sort of poor man’s version of the O2 Dome.
