PM Viktor Orbán inoculated – he received the Chinese Sinopharm vaccine
Chief Medical Officer Cecília Müller said on Saturday that she had especially recommended Orbán to get vaccinated. She said the move would set an example for the public and
encourage more people to get vaccinated,
She added that she had also proposed that members of the body in charge of epidemic prevention should also get inoculated because vaccination offers hope to stop the third wave of the epidemic with few victims and to bring an end to the pandemic.

As we reported before, Hungary contracted for five million doses of the coronavirus vaccine produced by Chinese company Sinopharm. Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó said on Facebook he had signed an agreement to purchase the vaccine,
enough to inoculate 2.5 million people
after talks with Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi.
Sinopharm delivers the vaccine in four phases, over a period of four months, he then said. The National Medicines and Food Health Institute (OGYEI) green-lighted the use of the vaccine in Hungary. Szijjártó said the large quantities ordered would speed up the inoculation process and “might save thousands of lives”. Lifting the restrictions may also come sooner with mass inoculation, he said in January.

The question is not where it comes from. The question is that Sinopharm did not disclose the information related to its third phase of experimentation, the phase which is crucial and includes human tests. Such lack of information is to be taken very serious. It has to do with public health, therefore it is not an irrelevant matter.

While the comments of Mario are correct and very relevant above, may I suggest that ‘bureaucratic lag time’ may be at play here, and may I further suggest, that Prime Minister Viktor Orban, being the very important person that he is, (and I believe he is ! ) would not be advised by other than highest medical authorities to undertake such a course of action if there were to be any danger to his health !

The media may have been told that was receiving the Sinopharm product but that does not that it is true. More than likely he had already received a Pfizer inoculation and this was the second dose, dressed up to be something else.
