Zsa Zsa Gabor: “I want to die in Hungary”
According to index.hu, Zsa Zsa Gabor might celebrate her 100th birthday in Hungary – wrote her family on her Facebook page. ‘Zsa Zsa Gabor desperately wants to spend her final days in her native Hungary. Now her loving husband, Frédéric von Anhalt is determined to make the 99-year-old star’s last wish come true!’
The 72-year-old prince said that they will have a big party in the summer and then he’ll start the preparations for the returning to Budapest. The onetime movie star, sex idol and Miss Hungary was taken to hospital two days after her 99th birthday in February, where she got a gavage to be fed artificially.
It’s been quite a long time since Zsa Zsa Gabor occurred in public. Due to her car accident in 2002 she was partially paralyzed and nine years later her right leg had to be amputated above the knee to save her life from an infection. Meanwhile, she also suffered two strokes; she’s been bedridden for a long time and is in need of constant attendance.
In February, some water got into her lungs, she got fever and too much saliva gathered up in her throat so her husband decided to call a doctor as the attendants couldn’t help her. The doctor removed the saliva but it wasn’t enough to provide a remedy so she was taken to a hospital in Los Angeles.
Zsa Zsa Gabor has been in such a bad condition that her husband didn’t dare to tell her that her only daughter, Francesca, from her marriage to Conrad Hilton, died last year. The prince is afraid that, if his wife heard the news, she would die of the immense pain.
