Bloodbath in Kétegyháza: fingers cut with chainsaw, head smashed with iron pipe – UPDATED, VIDEO

There was a group fight between members of two families in a small Hungarian village in Békés county, Kétegyháza. In the hospital of Gyula, doctors battle to save two people.

The tragic event happened on Saturday afternoon, and the police had to intervene with significant force to separate those fighting.

According to Gyulai Hírlap, a man’s head was smashed with an iron pipe during the fight, so he suffered severe cranial injuries. Furthermore, some of his fingers were cut off. Therefore, the ambulance took him to the hospital of Gyula

in a life-threatening condition.

Another man’s forearm was cut a lot of times with a chainsaw. As a result, he has also been transferred to the hospital. Based on the information of the local news magazine, one of the victims had to be revived. On Sunday evening, the families involved in the group fight were waiting on the nearby streets for their relatives.

András Lipták, the lieutenant and spokesperson of the local police headquarters, confirmed that the two families living in Kétegyháza, in the Sándor Nagy street first argued and then fought, and during that four people suffered injuries, two of them had to be taken to hospital.
