Most Wanted Professions In Hungary In 2014
This year the rubber product making machine-operator, the product assembler and machinist will be the most wantedjobs onthe Hungarian labour market, while in forestry, hunting, fishing the number of employees might decrease, raktaram reports.
The Labour market barometer 2014 on the website of the National Labour Office (Nemzeti Munkaügyi Hivatal) shows that this prognosis was made up from answers of 7108 farmers. The interviewed companies and businesses employed more than 565 thousand people in 2013. According to the cumulative nationwide data employment might raise amongst the simple industry workers such as welders, metalworkers and shop assistants.
According to raktaram.hu, at the same time, beside forestry, the biggest decrease in manpower is expected among truck drivers; the interviewed companies plan to send off at least a hundred workers. A bit smaller cutback is planned by companies employing quality assurance technicians and tradesmen. In the prognosis from the previous year the operators of rubber product making machines and other administrative professions occupied the first positions on the list of the list of cutback-affected professions.
The most wanted jobs amongst career entrants might be the rubber product making machine operator, censor, accountant, textile industry machine operator and fast-food restaurant workers. From the registered place-hunters in 2013 more than 117 thousand wanted to work in the simple service and transport sector, which was the most wanted area. This is followed by the professions shop assistant, where 38 324 and the office administrator area, where almost 23 thousand wanted to work, but more than 10 thousand looked for job in other cleaner, assistant and mechanic machine assembler sectors.
Employment experts note in connection with this: Hungarian labour market features regional inequalities and low mobility. Mostly the supply and demand do not met because place-hunters with their given profession -beside their formal qualification- lack the required professional knowledge, work experience, working attitude and additional competences. It can also cause imbalance that certain jobs require special qualification and have high fluctuation, unfavourable work conditions (monotony) and low salary.
