The Romanian start-up began its operation in March 2023 and has reached EUR 3.2 million in traffic since then. More than 2,000 clothes shops joined them from Romania, Bulgaria and Greece. The international clothes marketplace is now ready to conquer Hungary!
B2B international clothes marketplace comes to Hungary
According to origo.hu, Unfrosen offers more than 100,000 quality clothes products for purchaser boutiques. It is a B2B online platform which helps small clothes chops acquire quality products from even leading trademarks.
Joining them is favourable for boutiques because it makes it possible to order products of high demand for a lower price. That is because the online platform allows access to previous collections. As a result, it reduces clothes waste, which is a global problem. According to estimates, 40% of the clothes remain in the stores because of the continuous overproduction. That means the fashion industry is the world’s 4th biggest polluter.
The EU banned the destruction of unsold clothes in end-2023. Thus, the Romanian start-up fills a market gap, helping clothes shops and customers buy cheap quality clothes that would otherwise become waste.
