Hungary’s Sziget Festival remains one of Europe’s most iconic summer music events, drawing tens of thousands of visitors from Hungary and abroad each year. As the festival’s popularity continues to soar, ticket prices are once again a hot topic for 2025, reflecting both the economic landscape and the event’s expanding lineup.

Sziget Festival 2025 prices

According to Pénzcentrum, this year, visitors can choose from various ticket types, including day passes and multi-day passes:

A full six-day Sziget pass costs HUF 123,500 (EUR 305) plus a HUF 6,175 handling fee (EUR 15), while the VIP version is priced at HUF 210,500 (EUR 520) plus a HUF 10,525 handling fee (EUR 26). Young festivalgoers under 21 can enjoy a discounted pass for HUF 99,500 (EUR 245), while three-day passes start at HUF 76,900 (EUR 190), with VIP options also available. Day tickets are set between HUF 29,900 and HUF 33,900 (EUR 74 and EUR 84), depending on the chosen day, with an additional handling fee of HUF 1,695 (EUR 4).

While information about evening-only tickets is not yet available, organisers confirmed they will be released closer to the festival date. These tickets, typically valid from 11 PM until 6 AM the next day, offer a more affordable option for those wanting to enjoy the late-night festivities without committing to a full day. In past years, evening tickets started at around HUF 29,900 (EUR 74).

Price changes in the past

Ticket prices at Sziget have fluctuated over the past few years. In 2023, festivalgoers faced a significant price surge, with daily tickets costing between HUF 38,000 and HUF 42,000 (EUR 94 and 104). Responding to feedback, 2024 saw a slight price adjustment, with tickets ranging from HUF 32,900 to HUF 42,500 (EUR 81 to 105) and the introduction of discounted passes for those under 21. In 2025, prices have risen moderately, and organisers continue to offer options aimed at different audiences, maintaining a balance between high-quality programming and affordability.
