Shocking: Court sentences Pakistani man for sexual assault of minor in Hungary

In April 2025, the Debrecen General Court delivered a final judgment in a case that had attracted considerable public attention. A Pakistani national was sentenced to three years’ imprisonment and deported from Hungary for five years after committing a sexual assault against a minor in Hajdúszoboszló.
The case was first heard in the Hajdúszoboszló District Court, where the defendant was found guilty of indecent assault in December 2024. At that time, he was sentenced to 1 year in prison and banned from all work related to the upbringing, supervision and care of children under 18 years of age. At the time, the court did not establish the sexual coercion charged in the indictment. The prosecution appealed against the first instance conviction for aggravation and the defence appealed for mitigation, and the case was sent to the second instance.

The Debrecen Court of Appeal applied a more serious legal classification, reclassifying the act as the crime of sexual coercion. According to Infostart, the accused had not only engaged in immoral conduct, but had also used coercion to satisfy his sexual desire with a minor victim, who was placed in a threatening situation. In light of this, the sentence was increased to three years’ imprisonment, and he was expelled from Hungary for five years. The sentence is now final.
Details of the assault
According to the facts established in the conviction, the accused travelled from Debrecen to Hajdúszoboszló on 1 April 2024 to meet a woman who had advertised sexual services online. At the train station, he approached the woman and they walked to a nearby wooded area. Although he handed over the agreed payment, the sexual act did not take place. Frustrated, the accused returned to the train station, where he noticed a 12-year-old girl accompanied by two younger children. It was at this point that the events which became the subject of the criminal proceedings began.

The accused started to follow the three minors as they were walking home. The children noticed that they were being followed and became frightened. The man tried to establish contact by saying hello and then asked the 12-year-old victim for social media contact details. When the girl stopped, the accused took advantage of the physical proximity: with one hand, he grabbed the girl’s bottom against her will. The child immediately pushed the man away and changed to a faster pace, but the accused continued to follow them. He stopped them again shortly afterwards, when the man stroked the victim’s chest through the cloth. The little girl continued to protest and then ran home with the two younger children, where she tearfully told her family what had happened.
The court’s assessment
The court of appeal clearly found that the accused had committed the crime with sexual intent. It assessed the victim’s situation as threatening, as the age of the child and the man’s behaviour combined to create a vulnerable situation. According to the court, the accused’s aim was the direct satisfaction of his sexual desire, so that the act could not be considered a lesser offence. The final judgement means that the man cannot return to Hungary after serving his sentence during the period of his expulsion.

Now multiple this by a factor of tens of thousands, and you get the kind of Hungary that Magyar, Gyurcsany, Karacsony, and their fellow travelers want us to become.
This kind of outrageous incidents are so commonplace in the Western Europe that has been oh-so “enriched” with these “New Europeans” that they don’t even get reported anymore.
Only Fidesz-DK and Mr. Orban stand between us and such a fate. Csak a Fidesz!
Lies and lies and lies from Steiner as usual
Sweden: A 2018 report by the Swedish National Council for Crime Prevention (Brå) found that individuals born in certain Middle Eastern and African countries were overrepresented in sexual offense convictions. However, the overall crime rate among migrants was not drastically higher when adjusted for demographics.
Denmark: A 2019 study found that non-Western male migrants had higher conviction rates for sexual crimes than native Danes, but the absolute numbers remained relatively low.
moreover, I would like to hear your stupid opinion about this: ” The Orbán regime’s response to my finding out that the man who received the most severe sentence for child sexual abuse in a Romanian court was granted Hungarian citizenship by Fidesz is: nothing.” or the cat ate your tongue? 😀

You musn’t travel much to the west. I understand, it must seem very scary to venture beyond Hegyeshalom. However, I understand there are good vantage points into Austria near Sopron, you can witness the breakdown of western society from a location safely within Hungary. Mind you, statistics would suggest you’re more likely to overdose on apfelstrudel than to suffer a crime in Austria, so perhaps you should reconsider your aversion.
As a Pakistani working in Hungary, it deeply saddens me that a person of my nationality would bring such disgrace, inflict such an act of everlasting trauma on an innocent child. i am sorry! i am sorry! this is not us. Make the punishment exemplary, i (we) don’t support it such acts in way or form. if it was up to me, i’d have him locked up in a 2×2 for the rest of his life! inhumane
