Europe’s Biggest Buddhist Meditation Centre Inaugurated In Hungary
(MTI) – Europe’s biggest Buddhist meditation centre was inaugurated in the Hungarian town of Zalaszanto, near Lake Balaton, on Saturday.
More than 500 Hungarians and foreigners participated at the inauguration.
The 400-square-metre centre was built with donations from a Vietnamese family living in Hungary. It was erected next to a stupa that has stood high on a hill in the town since 1993.
