Barna Bor won gold medal in Judo World Cup qualifying series Sunday in Baku in the +100 kg weight class.
The world championship silver medalist advanced to the final winning three fights by ippon defeating an Estonian a Romanian and a Russian opponent.
In the final, the Hungarian judoka defeated Roy Meyer of Holland winning the gold medal and $ 5000 prize money.
Earlier the day, in the 48 kg category Éva Csernoviczki won silver medal, and Miklós Ungvári in the 73-kg category bronze medal.
