What will Chinese police officers do in Hungary? Here is the government’s answer
Gergely Gulyás, the head of the Prime Minister’s Office, explained what it will mean in practice that Chinese police officers will be allowed to appear in Hungary. It will not be what many people think.
A major news in recent months has been Hungary’s defence agreement with China. Then it emerged from the German newspaper Die Welt that, like in Serbia, Chinese police officers could appear in Hungarian cities.
The news was confirmed by the Ministry of the Interior. However, it was also quickly explained, as many people had already thought that Chinese officers would act against Hungarian citizens, Világgazdaság writes. “The aim of the cooperation agreement is to improve security in the tourist areas of the two countries during peak tourist periods and generally during events that attract large crowds,” the Interior Ministry underlined.
At the same time, they pointed out that agreements like the one with China are not unprecedented: Hungarian police officers also assist their Croatian colleagues on the Croatian coast during the peak tourist season, and Austrian police officers have already been on joint duty with their Hungarian colleagues at Lake Balaton.

Exactly when and in which cities, and how many Chinese officers are allowed to patrol in Hungary, is a matter for the authorities to decide, who will set up this structure, taking into account the organisational aspects of the service, Világgazdaság explains.
At Thursday’s cabinet briefing, Gergely Gulyás, the head of the Prime Minister’s Office, shared some details of what the Chinese officers will be doing in Hungary.
444.hu asked him whether this agreement violates Hungary’s sovereignty. Gulyás replied,
“If Chinese police officers could take action against Hungarian tourists or tourists from Hungary, that would indeed violate it, but that is not the case here.”

He said that this cooperation is the same as the one with the Slovak, Austrian and Slovenian counterparts: police officers are sent from here to there and vice versa.
“The explanation for this case is that many tourists come and communication with them is difficult. In such cases, bilateral agreements are usually concluded and Hungarian police officers go abroad, for example, to Croatia, or Austrian, Slovenian and Slovak police officers come to Hungary,” he explained.
He stressed that Chinese police officers are not allowed to carry weapons or take action in Hungary, but can only patrol in pairs with Hungarian police.
This will be helpful when the Hungarian authorities check on Chinese people. When asked why, if that is the only role Chinese police officers play, they do not hire interpreters instead, Gulyás said that they will essentially play a similar role, but that their professional background makes it more advantageous to work with them in police operations and more effective in terms of crime prevention.

What a joke. This whole Orbánistan regime is a joke, a tragicomedy in all possible ways.
Only used as interpreters? What a joke. It is an insult to allow communist Chinese police (of a totalitarian regime) to walk in uniform on our streets. It is a big difference with colleagues, (of course without weapons and authority against Hungarians) from Austria, Croatia or any European country.
The sooner this insane Orbán gang is gone the better!

It’s just an on-going Sell-Off, a handing over from the Orban – Fidesz Government of OWNERSHIP in relation to what has been, throughout History seen as the Assets, the core ingredients of Hungary.
WHAT younger Hungarians are going to be confronted with, the challenges and difficulties that will confront them, they WILL have to Face, if this Orban Fidesz-Government SATURATION of Chinese in-flux continues to be ALLOWED by us Hungarians, will be TAXING.
It’s growing momentum, on this current generation of Hungarians, we KNOW of it’s impact on our lives spread the width and breath of Hungary.
Hungary, if we ALLOW it, as a growing alignment, in a “committed” Relationship with China – it’s GROWING being on the NEW – Silk Road, an intricate – a Major player with China, a country, we know, under Communistic Rule, like as is Russia, we Hungary, Budapest – the country where East meets the West – and through this NEW – Silk Road, just not the on-going rail services into Hungary, aligned being constructed for massive increase of containerization movement, capacity number(s) – the expansion, the spreading on of China’s “presence” – it will continue to grow on into and throughout “wider” Europe.
History never Lies, in modern time and throughout centuries – the “Modus Operandi” the way of thinking or behaviour of the Chinese in acquiring, taking possession of – acquiring ownership of country’s that they enter into a RELATIONSHIP – trading and “other-wise”.
History, the Chinese, in “Fall Out” of RELATIONSHIPS – exampled trade agreements, never adhere to contractable obligations, similar to the Orban – Fidesz Government, play the BLAME Game on others and just leave, abort – there RELATIONSHIP – and move on.
Hungary, will NOT escape this Historical Chinese pattern, and will get there FINGERS Burnt, scared and damaged, possible “mauled” by it’s wrongful Policies, set in place by the Orban – Fidesz Government, in COMMITTING us Hungary as they have, in RELATIONSHIP with China.
What could possible go wrong?
Did Hungarians NOT pay attention to Hong Kong being overrun by CCP? Were Hungarians asleep? HONGKONGERS, who are Cantonese people would NOT tolerate mainland police in Hong Kong. CCP and SAR govt concealed identities of mainland police and put them in Hong Kong Police uniforms, the results were disastrous. Mainland police rampaged through the city and helped quash the Hong Kong democracy movement with brutal violence. Arrestees were tortured in the streets by way of brutal arrests, breaking arms, wrists, choking arrestees unconscious, sexually assaulting women…..
I mentioned Hong Kong because Hong Kong had a fully “Westernized” police force in the Royal Hong Kong Police which subsequently became the Hong Kong Police after 1997. Have Hungarians lost their %^&$ minds????? Mainland commie police are responsible for brutal oppression of Tibetans, transportation and detention of live organ harvesting subjects. Mainland police work closely with Chinese organized crime to conduct extortion operations.
These so-called “police” are not police at all, they are an arm of CCP. EVERY Chinese is a potential agent of CCP. The solution is to ban mainland Chinese from entering Hungary at all. But no… the lessons of History are wasted on you.
