A twelve-story airy building is being constructed in the heart of Budapest
Magyarepitok.hu reports that a twelve-story building is to be constructed in the fifth district, and will be named Szervita Square Building. Offices, flats, and commercial units will occupy the building, which will be finished in the second quarter of 2019. The demolition of the parking house is still underway.
The demolition crew is busy tearing down the parking house at Szervita Square, in district 5, where Horizon Development constructs a new building. The new building will host modern luxury flats, offices and shops.

The dismantling of the parking house will last until October, followed by the construction of a five-story underground garage, where 300 cars can park comfortably. The developer plans to build seven stories above ground level. The developers of Szervita Square Building are hoping to achieve a LEED Platinum green qualification. The 14,900 square metre building has a variety of functions from 2019:
- 1100 square metres of commercial space on the lower stories to be used for shops, restaurants, cafés, etc.
- 6800 square metres of offices on four stories
- 3000 square metres of luxury flats on the upper two stories.
The modern building will connect Szervita- and Kristóf square with a passage in the middle. The developers promise a much bigger space for social activities in the area, by the end of the construction. This will be realised in the following way: they will leave more space at Szervita square and they will make Fehérhajó street wider. The street will be turned into a walking street later.
