European Commission sues Hungary over refugee rules

The European Commission has filed a lawsuit with the Court of Justice of the EU against Hungary for what the commission sees as Hungary’s unlawfully restricting the access of migrants to refugee procedures.

In a statement, the commission said that under an European directive concerning refugees, member states should ensure that citizens of third countries staying within or at their borders can physically submit an application for international protection even if they do not have documents to identify themselves.

Under Hungarian law, citizens of third countries are first required to submit a letter of intention at a Hungarian embassy across the EU and must obtain a special entry visa for Hungary.

The commission considers that requirement as an unlawful restriction since it prevents migrants in Hungary or at its borders from submitting an application for asylum in the country.

According to the commission, the Hungarian law’s declared aim to stem the coronavirus pandemic cannot justify such restrictions.

Commenting on the announcement, the Government Information Centre (KTK) said: “Brussels wants us to allow migrants into Hungary so they can submit their [asylum] requests here.” Once in the country, however, asylum seekers will not leave, the statement insisted. The government “will protect Hungarians who do not want their land to become an immigration country,” the KTK said.

The statement also noted the recent case of a migrant from Yemen who has been charged with sexually assaulting a woman in broad daylight.

For the record, Hungary did indeed enable ‘migrants’ / ‘refugees’ / whatever to lodge applications for asylum within Hungary at designated areas on Hungary’s borders BUT those mental midgets in the European Commission decided it was not acceptable because the so-called ‘migrants’ / ‘refugees’ / whatever would have been able to move freely around Hungary (possibly burning churches and raping women whilst DEFINITELY stealing !).

So those retards in the E.C. took the matter to their ‘loaded’ court and – surprise, surprise – Hungary was informed that it was not acceptable.

Now the proposal put forward by Hungary is – yet again – not to the European Commission’s / European Parliament’s ‘liking’ because it does NOT enable the so-called ‘migrants’ / ‘refugees’ / whatever to wander around Hungary like a mob of free-range chickens.

It is OBVIOUS to everyone that Brussels (through those loonies in the E.C. and E.P.) is determined to RUIN Hungary (like it has the rest of Europe) via MANDATORY acceptance of sexual deviant, illegal, MUSLIM ‘migrants’ / ‘refugees’ / whatever who (as previously stated on numerous occasions by lots of commentators) are good for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but burning, wrecking, looting and stealing – anything omitted ? Of course, copulating and creating more ‘migrants’ / ‘refugees’ / whatever.

Perhaps the designated ‘asylum lodgement area’ at Roszke should be re-opened as a DAY-ONLY facility.

Once the so-called ‘migrant’ / ‘refugee’ / whatever has lodged his / her / its papers, that individual MUST then leave and return at a time / date which is written down on a special form (or tattooed on the individual’s forehand so that it doesn’t ‘get lost’) when the determination of that particular asylum request will be advised.

Any ‘appeals’ – the NGOs will make sure of that ! – must be lodged by a similar process.

In this way, the so-called ‘migrants’ / ‘refugees’ / whatever can pretend they are chickens but do so in another country.

    TO “WANDERING CHICKENS”
Most of these are ECONOMIC MIGRANTS.
They should go to those countries who initiated this INSANE PROJECT.
You can already see the RESULTS in these countries, although they try very hard TO PUSH ALL THE DIRT “UNDER THE CARPET”.
DID YOU KNOW, THERE ARE MORE THAN 90000 NGO-S SENT TO HUNGARY TO DISRUPT AND TO HELP WITH THE ENSLAVEMENT.
You can guess who is the FINANCIAL BACKER OF THIS “PROJECT”and of course all the supporting POLITICIANS.

Every time (since the Orban leadership) Hungary made an epic decision about controling migration and guarding theri borders, time showed that they were right. Why Bruxell/EU Commission fail to see and rather alinniate with the Hungarian guidelines (as they always prove to be the right ones) than trying to force this country to wate itself with stupid and wrong decisions?

Hungary is a sovereign country and has every right to make his own rules. Unlike the west they want to preserve their culture and don’t want to embrace multiculturalism. The ignorant west label Hungarian Pm Victor Orban as undemocratic. The government had a referendum on immigration and more than 80% rejected multiculturalism which destroying the west. Hungary is a safe country, no terrorism because of their restricted immigration policy and have a right to decide who they want to live with. Nobody criticise Japan who hasn’t got immigration policy but because of that the safest country of the world.

I totally support Hungary’s courage and political will in nowadays context of euro-marxism, ideoogical wars and uncontrollable illegal immigration from hostile countries. It is worth saying that Hungary has the highest number of asylum seekers per million habitants in Europe, which is huge for such a small country and its cultural survival. I wish my country would do the same.
