Fairy-tale town made of gingerbread in Debrecen
As travelo.hu reports there is a small town made of gingerbread in Aquaticum Termál & Wellness Hotel in Debrecen, which was made by József Mile, world champion professional chef, and his team.
The carefully decorated houses and buildings try to evoke the sweet mood of the fairy-tale world at 2.5×2.5 square metres in the second-floor hall of the hotel. 140 kg flour, a thousand eggs, 29 kg honey, 160 kg icing sugar, four kg cinnamon, 18 kg butter and one kg clove were used to build the town.

The classical motives connected to the holidays were kept in the composition, but the space between the detailed buildings and coniferous woods is filled with joyful gingerbread figures, deer, and the clattering of an small train that never gets tired.
