(MTI) – Eleven state-owned hospitals and two health care institutions operating as entreprises will receive additional funding after the National Health Insurance Fund (OEP) has approved their requests, daily Magyar Hirlap said on Saturday, citing health care website weborvos.hu.

The paper said the OEP has published the amount of the additional funding and the planned date when the financing contracts will be signed with the service providers.

The extra funding will be used for services such as CT scans, ophthalmological diagnostics and complex rheumatology treatment of spinal conditions, the paper said.
