Here’s how the Buda Castle’s construction is going – Photos
As Daily News Hungary has recently reported, the Buda Castle is currently being rebuilt. Simon L. László, Minister of State for the Protection of Cultural Heritage and Key Cultural Investments from the Prime Minister’s Office has visited the site, and even took some pictures, hvg.hu writes.
The new underground garage will have enough space for 300 cars, and the medieval castle wall will be illuminated. The Minister of State took several pictures of the construction site, and posted them on his personal Facebook page.
The supporting wall has already been demolished, and will give way to the new elevator shaft. The riding hall and the Karakas pasa tower will also be renovated.
