High inflation has also brought the fall of the Hungarian forint!
The forint weakened against the euro even before the release of the Hungarian inflation data. The news of higher-than-expected inflation of 22.5 percent has made the Hungarian currency worth even less.

Inflation, the highest in the European Union, has plunged the Hungarian currency to unprecedented lows, 24.hu writes.
