Based on an announcement of the Hungarian Disaster Management Directorate, a segment of the high-speed road leading to Budapest Airport was closed close to Vak Bottyán Street because of an accident today, in the early afternoon.
Blikk.hu said that a lorry and a car bumped into one another in the 19th district, on the Ferihegy high-speed road in the direction of the airport. The car driver was stuck in the vehicle, so firefighters had to cut him out. Authorities closed that segment of the road because of the examination of the circumstances surrounding the accident.
