Hungary, Kosovo farm ministers discuss bilateral cooperation
Budapest, September 23 (MTI) – Hungarian Farm Minister Sandor Fazekas and his Kosovar counterpart Memli Krasniqi discussed the ways of boosting bilateral cooperation in farming and trade, in Budapest on Wednesday, the ministry said.
Fazekas noted that his ministry’s experts had participated in implementing a number of agricultural and rural development projects in Kosovo over the past years. They will continue to share their experience with Kosovo to help that country’s preparations for EU accession, he said.
Fazekas said his ministry seeks to build close cooperation with Kosovo in promoting a fully GMO-free Europe and asked his counterpart to support the initiative.
