Hungary’s biggest concert of the summer assembled after keeping it a secret

If you go to a Supernem, Punnany Massif or Parno Graszt concert this summer, you could help unfortunate children.

According to Unicef, on June 16, Father’s Day, eight leading Hungarian bands and artists will give a concert at Budapest Park,

all the profit from ticket sales will go to support UNICEF Hungary’s work to help the most unfortunate children.

The list is now public, the performers of the benefit concert are:

  • Bagossy Brothers Company
  • Blahalousiana
  • Caramel
  • Lóci Játszik
  • Magna Cum Laude
  • Parno Graszt
  • Punnany Massif
  • Supernem

The organisers announced the line-up after keeping it under wraps for a long time. All the performers will bring their most known songs to throw a huge party at one of the summer’s most exciting musical events. The audience can not only enjoy an amazing concert experience, but support a great cause by purchasing a ticket as well.

“All the bands, performers got on board immediately and accepted declining any fee for their performance, to make music for the children despite their busy summer schedules. We thank them for their dedication. This is an important opportunity for UNICEF Hungary to introduce their national and global programs, all of which serve the purpose to let every child live a healthy, safe and happy childhood,” says Antónia Mészáros, executive director of UNICEF Hungary.

The host will be also a Hungarian, Bence Istenes.
