Incredible VIDEO, PHOTOS: Breathtaking artistic performance on Budapest Eye
Crazy-daring and astonishing circus feats are to be seen on the streets and public spaces of Veszprém, Europe’s capital of culture. Earlier this week, the performers gave a glimpse at what will take place in the Transdanubian city, the City of Queens, carrying out breathtaking artistic stunts on the Hungarian capital’s symbolic Budapest Eye. The performers of the astonishing event were the artists of the Inspirál Circus Centre (Budapest). On 5 September, they gave a sneak peek at what awaits visitors between 17 and 23 September in Veszprém by carrying out a breathtaking show on the 50-meter-high Budapest Eye, Szeretlek Magyarország wrote. What’s more, the wheel kept rotating during the hair-raising performance. Members of the audience made a live video of the unparalleled event. Check out the stunning footage below:
According to circustogether.eu, in Veszprém, visitors will be able to see acrobats and aerialists, jugglers, dancers and illusionists in four venues:
- Jutasi Park
- surroundings of the FOTON Cinema
- Óváros Square
- Downtown/Kossuth Street

The performers will include Inspiral Circus Center (Budapest), circus students of Kyiv Circus Academy and circus students of Kyiv Circus Academy, while the artistic director is Albin Warette (France). - 22 September – ’Jutasi Piknik Circus Day’ awaits visitors with many circus programmes and the ’Human Mountain of Jutasi’ game between 2 pm and 9 pm
- 23 September – ‘BIG ACTION to make something happen Together!’, in which even viewers can partake.
The programme is funded by the European Union. Veronika Gallyas, the head of the Inspiral Circus Center (Budapest), said the performance received a roaring round of applause earlier in Greece.
