Mol: We don’t give up control of the INA

Mol does not give up the right to control the Croatian oil company INA – told the Reuters News Agency Mosonyi, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Mol, before beginning negotiations with the Croatian company’s management.

According to Reuters, Mosonyi stated interview Friday night that may have been some changes in the shareholders’ agreement with Croatia, for example, the veto rights. He said, optimistic, understanding the potential and the laying of a new growth strategy for the INA. “I am absolutely sure that we know the success of negotiations to settle on the tiny differences that sometimes arise between the shareholders,” – said Mosonyi. Mosonyi has confirmed to the press that the Mol willing to sue because of the gas business in Croatia Kuna 2 billion that way compensate for the loss of MOL, Reuters said.
