A new boutique hotel to open in Budapest
After the success of Casati Budapest Hotel, the Hotel Pest Ltd. announced the opening of their next hotel in 2018, in the 6th district of Budapest. According to turizmus.com, the Cortile Budapest Hotel will be located in the neighbourhood of the Opera House and it will have 36 rooms with different designs inspired by nature.
There’s going to be a unique panorama pool and bar on the top floor, the ground floor will welcome guests with a breakfast corner and a cosy cocktail bar, while there’s also going to be a well-equipped gym and jacuzzis in the building.
Gábor Erdős, the managing director of Hotel Press Ltd. said that despite the hotel opening boom predicted to happen next year, they are optimistic, because the demand for high-standard hotels with unique atmosphere and personalised services is quite big.
Following the original concept, the interior will be characterised by design furniture, lively colours and surprising solutions. Besides the open bathrooms, the spaciousness of the rooms will be guaranteed by huge windows and balconies. Moreover, the glass-fronted pool and bar will serve as a versatile event venue.
The rooms inspired by nature (Moss, Flora, Terra, Sky) reflect the hotel’s environmentally conscious attitude, which will play a key role in the construction. “When operating a hotel, we can do a lot to protect our environment and it’s even better if we can save some money by doing this.”
The inner and outer walls decorated by plants – which inspired the name of the hotel – are also part of the green concept. Besides using geothermal energy, solar collectors will be built and greywater will be utilised.
