New home purchase subsidy scheme to be launched in Hungary
The government will launch a new home purchase subsidy scheme dubbed CSOK Plus to help couples in purchasing their first home, the minister of culture and innovation said at a government press briefing on Wednesday.
The loan scheme will be available for settlements with populations over 5,000 citizens, János Csák said.
The scheme offers a loan of HUF 15 million (EUR 39,000) for couples raising one child, 30 million (EUR 78,000) for families with two children and 50 million (EUR 130,000) after 3 children, at a 3% interest rate, the minister said.
