In this regard, he said, Germany assumes that immigrants cannot come from safe third countries, and currently all Balkan countries are safe.

He added that the Germans were very “fair”, since they could have sent the Albanians back to Hungary as well, in order to the Hungarians ensure their sending-home, but they had solved it by charter flights.
