Number of new monkeypox infections revealed in Hungary
Hungary has so far confirmed 64 cases of monkeypox, with 2 recorded in the past week, the national public health authority (NNK) said on Friday.
The patients are males aged 22 and 31, NNK said. Neither of them requires hospitalisation, they are isolating at home, it added. Local authorities are investigating each case, including contact tracing, NNK said.
