Get ready for massive police controls in Hungary: Here’s what drivers must watch out for

The Hungarian police will carry out a nationwide road safety inspection next week, focusing mainly on phone use while driving and seatbelt use, the National Police Headquarters announced on police.hu on Friday.
They stated that the police are repeating the road safety campaign held in September this year, as the previous checks revealed negative experiences: many drivers still hold their mobile phones while driving, and several fail to use seatbelts.
Between 6 and 12 October, police officers across Hungary will primarily monitor the use of mobile phones while driving, as well as any other behaviour that distracts drivers from the road and endangers traffic safety.
The campaign, titled Watch the Road!, is part of a road safety initiative organised by the European Roads Policing Network (Roadpol), which the Hungarian police have once again joined, as in previous years.

How about they instead start going after cyclists and scooTARDS who flagrantly violate every rule of the road with total impunity. They endanger pedestrians as well as motorized vehicles.
Really Steiner!!! 6:38 in the fuck#ng morning and we have to hear this nonesense!!!!
