President Ader expresses condolences to Russian president
Budapest (MTI) – Hungarian President Janos Ader has expressed his condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin over the disaster of the Russian airliner that crashed on the Sinai peninsula early on Saturday.
In a letter to the Russian president, Ader said he had been shocked to hear of the disaster in which more than 200 citizens of the Russian Federation lost their lives in Egypt.
“Let me express our sincere condolences on behalf of the entire Hungarian people to the families of the victims. We deeply sympathise with their great loss and grief,” he added.
The Hungarian foreign minister has also expressed its commiserations to the families of the victims of the Russian plane crash.
The ministry was deeply shocked to hear of the tragedy, it said in a statement.
“We wish to assure the families of the victims that our hearts go out to them in these difficult hours,” the ministry said.
