Among others, there is an IT problem at Budapest Airport and several border crossing points in Hungary. Passengers departing or arriving at the airport should expect increased waiting times, the police pointed out.
An IT system problem occurred at several road border crossing points and at Budapest Airport from 7:55 AM on Wednesday morning, police.hu reported.
They said that travellers should expect increased waiting times and that technicians are working to rectify the problem.
Information on the opening hours and current waiting times at border crossing points can be found on the Határinfó page of the police website and via the Rendőrségi Útinformációs Rendszer (Police Road Information System, Rutin) mobile application.
