Here are the renewed Palatinus baths and Császár-Komjádi Sports Swimming Pool – PHOTOS

Budapest Mayor Isván Tarlós inaugurated the upgraded and expanded Palatinus baths on Margaret Island on Thursday.

Tarlós called the baths’ 2.9 billion forint (EUR 9.4m) upgrade and expansion a milestone in the life of the facility.

Other fresh upgrades on Margaret Island include renovated promenades, the instalment of new MOL BuBi public bike rental stations, new grassing and the completion of the island’s sewage network, Tarlós said.

The Császár-Komjádi Sports Swimming Pool are renewed which is one of the most popular swimming pools in Budapest.
