Rogan: no conflict with government office chief Lazar
Budapest, September 21 (MTI) – Antal Rogan, who has been recently appointed to serve as the prime minister’s cabinet chief, said on Monday he has no conflict with Janos Lazar, who heads the prime minister’s office.
Rogan was appointed as Viktor Orban’s cabinet chief, effective Oct.1, last week.
He told commercial TV2’s morning programme that he had held a “well-established and smooth” working relationship with Lazar for years which he expected to remain the same.
The “hysteria in the media” around their persons has been created by a couple of journalists, as well as “by the bureaucrats,” Rogan said.
Rogan served as group leader of ruling Fidesz and has been replaced by Fidesz deputy leader Lajos Kosa.
