Renowned theatre production The Handke Project comes to Hungary with English-language performance

An internationally acclaimed theatre production, The Handke Project Hungary, will be staged in the lakeside village of Bánk in February, bringing contemporary European political theatre to a Hungarian audience in an accessible, English-language format.

The performance, written by Jeton Neziraj and directed by Blerta Neziraj, will take place on Saturday, 21 February 2026 at 6:00 PM at the METTRIN Arts Center (METTRIN Rendezvény- és Művészeti Központ) in Bánk, northern Hungary.
