Hungarian startup to revolutionise exam preparation

Change language:
Prepaired helps students to prepare for their exams together by sharing their problems and answering their questions.Â
Currently, if a university student gets stuck, they have three options to choose from:
- search with the help of Google, but that needs a lot of time and is hard to personalise
- ask a private tutor, but that is very expensive for the parents
- ask their fellow students, but it is hard to find those who can help them.
Three Hungarian university students, András Geiszl, Bálint Jakabos, and Márton Kosdi-Kovács, recognised this problem and decided to help their colleagues, Szeretlek Magyarorszag reported. Therefore, they created Prepaired where students can find professional help easily and for free.Â

The system works very simply. If you have a problem, you have to register for free and then you can write your post,
a so-called study request
in which you can choose the subject that caused obstacles and write your question. Only those users will see the post who chose to be proficient in that field of study. Furthermore, they can also launch a video call.
Those users who help their colleagues can receive points and badges for which they can receive discounts from the price of different e-learning packages. The method is not only simple and cheap but also efficient. The three young Hungarians who created the platform highlighted that students learn only 5 pc of what they hear during a university lecture, but when they explain the solution of a problem to somebody else,
