Tragedy: Young Hungarian cadet dies at university in Budapest
A third-year cadet from the Hungarian Defence Forces’ Ludovika Battalion has died tragically and suddenly at the National University of Public Service’s Zrínyi Miklós Barracks and University Campus in Budapest, the battalion announced on its Facebook page on Tuesday afternoon.
An investigation into the circumstances of the tragedy has begun, involving the relevant authorities.
According to the statement, the family has been informed of the incident, and both the Ministry of Defence and the Hungarian Defence Forces extend their sincere condolences to the relatives.
