Foreign minister inaugurates EUR 15.5m Teva unit
Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó inaugurated a 5-billion forint (EUR 15.5m) unit of Israeli-owned drug maker Teva in Debrecen, in eastern Hungary, on Wednesday.
Teva ranked among the top 20 pharmaceutical exporting firms in Hungary in 2017, Szijjártó said at the ceremony.
Attila Mile, Teva’s local production director, said the new 1,500 sqm unit will produce caspofungin with a technology developed locally.
