The Italian authorities were looking for the Porsche which tried to leave Hungary, origo.hu wrote.
A 48-year-old man with Italian citizenship applied for exit with a Porsche Cayenne with Italian license plates at the Beregsurany border crossing point on the morning of December 26.
The border police found that the car was wanted by the Italian authorities.
The vehicle was seized by the Vasarosnameny Police Headquarters, the driver was arrested, and the National Police Headquarters (ORFK) International Criminal Cooperation Center contacted the authorities who ordered the warrant through the Sirene Office – police.hu wrote.
