When you move abroad and surround yourself with people of different nationalities, you will soon start to realise that within different nations, we all have some special characteristics. Now, these characteristics can be felt even more when you happen to date someone from a different cultural background.
Hungarian women
Hungarian women are likely to be family-oriented. It is a traditional “trend” that women get married and have children. According to local expert Carrie Daves, the Hungarian government also tries to support and encourage women to do so. If you happen to settle down in Hungary, in your 20-30s, do not be surprised to be asked a lot about when you will have kids.
Speaking of asking questions, Hungarians in general tend to be curious about other people’s business. They will be happy to give you life advice, even if you did not ask for it. This might seem like they want to make you feel like they know things better than you, but if you are with the right people, they only have good intentions for doing so.
On the other hand, Hungarian women are hard workers and are ambitious. They know what they are doing, and they do not really want you to tell them what they should do. If you say or do something they do not like, you can be sure they will speak out about it.
Hungarian women are not shy when it comes to dressing. If they are aware of their nice features, they will happily show them off to the world. At the same time, they can be pretty hard on themselves when it comes to their appearances. They tend to pick on their imperfections and complain about them, too.
They are also not shy about having fun. They will not say no to a good party or to a mandatory shot of pálinka.
Lastly, Hungarian women care a lot about their loved ones. Part of the Hungarian love language is offering food – they have learnt from their grandmothers that this is a way of expressing love and care. So, if you are offered food by a Hungarian woman, bear this in mind, along with how refusing the offer might come across as being rude in some people’s eyes.

Total nonsense.
The problem with the old housewife ideology is that it makes girls and women believe that they are valued and will be cared for & supported throughout their lives. Then in their early senior years, surprise! Women in today’s society end up with inadequate savings, inadequate personal pension and property in their own name. And often alone. Men die much earlier even if they don’t leave you once you have helped them make (and hide) a lot of $. Suddenly it is not good food that these older men are wanting to come home to. Or the spoiled kids who should have already cut their mother’s apron strings. ( it is a proven fact that children wreck marriages in today’s economy focused society.) And there goes the pension that was going to keep women safe and in their lovely homes into their last years.
