Men running Hungarian prostitutes in Berlin arrested – Video
Women were constantly monitored, where and how much they worked, and even the minimum amount of daily income was determined by the men who are suspected of forcing nine Hungarian women into prostitution in Berlin.
Part of the women’s earnings were taken away and spent on their own livelihoods. Between 2013 and 2019, tens of millions of forints were thus taken away from the victims, Police.hu writes.
Police investigated five locations simultaneously on July 13, arresting four men, seizing cell phones, SIM cards, notes, cash and a car.
Police suspect some relatives of the offenders of human trafficking as well, but only one of them has been arrested.
