Police found two dead bodies in one of the homes of an apartment building in Aszód. According to the evidence, both were victims of a crime. Read below for more details on the crime.
Police officers rushed to the apartment building with sirens blaring following a report on 26 May, Thursday evening. The report states that two dead bodies were lying in one of the apartments. Upon entering the apartment, detectives immediately determined that murder had been committed. This is why they immediately cordoned off the area, reports Index.
Neighbouring residents retreated to their homes. Cordons closed off the house. This way, not even curious people could get close to the scene of the crime. The Criminal Investigation Department of the Pest County Police Headquarters has launched criminal proceedings on the suspicion of manslaughter. The Pest County Police carried out an on-site inspection.
Later, the detectives discovered the horrifying truth behind the murders. Blikk says a father had ended the lives of his two young daughters. After committing the horrendous crimes, the man attempted to take his own life as well.

Currently, the 46-year-old man is wanted by the police. The Pest County Police is still investigating the crime of manslaughter of more than one person. According to the source, the victims are believed to be 14 and 16-year-old siblings who the police had been looking for for days. The girls’ mother was desperate to find her children. She reported their disappearance.
