PHOTOS: Demonstrators occupied Elisabeth Bridge in Budapest again
“They are dismantling the last building stones of democracy, and we are here to protect them, but we need to exert much bigger pressure on power” to be successful, independent lawmaker Ákos Hadházy told a demonstration on the Elisabeth bridge in downtown Budapest on Wednesday.
At the closing event of a 24-hour protest, Hadházy said there was a “competition”. “Attempts to build the strongest possible power must be countered with even more determined pressure and agility,” he said.
“There must be many more of us, and we must be (here) for much longer,” he said. The police said around 8pm that the protest was over and the bridge partially reopened for traffic. During the demonstration, buses were allowed to cross the bridge using one lane in alternating directions.

Hungarians have been exposed to the Dismantling of Democracy throughout the entire, two Prime Ministerships periods of Victor Orban, that continues on.
Citizens must take RESPONSIBILITY to a large degree in the re-election process of the Hungarian Government, in the time Orban has been the Prime Minister.
Orban has been returned to office by the vote of the citizens of Hungary that has eventuated in being WRONGFUL and places our country in a position going forward of grave un-certainty.
We have been SLAUGHTERED.
What have we been DELIVERED to represented by the millions of Hungarians who are just living there lives day to day, the quality of there life bare minimal in joy and celebration and there future, just continues on in a “darkened” space, a deepening abyss, that its end for millions will be Tragic.
Hungarians we are paying a HEFTY price for our Error.
Hungarians in accepting the ERROR we have made, the TRUST we placed in Orban and his Fidesz Government and to see that TRUST just evaporated by acts we know of placing us as citizens not in the practice of Orban and his Fidesz Government that can simple be recorded we have been in millions that includes the Respect and Trust as a country we in the past have enjoyed, we the citizens – the name of our Country HUNGARY – we have been – ABUSED.
Orban and his Fidesz Government, the distillation process of DEMOCRACY in Hungary, control of the media, the judiciary, rule by decree, there want to put Education in there control and right at this present time, what they have undertaken – the subject of this article just is ERRONEOUS.
Hungary – through Orban we have NO friends in DEMOCRACY.
Orban rightfully in Europe, in the European Union and Global countrys Governed under DEMOCRACY are referring Orban to be the “Judas” of DEMOCRACY.
“Where no Hope is left, is left no Fear”.
Solidarity of the PEOPLE of Hungary – accepting the ERROR we have made in the years of Orban and his Fidesz Government, believing they would take us to that “promised” land, the word HOPE of our FUTURE is in our HANDS.
Orban is being OPPOSED.
Orban continues to be EXPOSED – for all the WRONGFULLNESS – his Fidesz Government – the ABUSE they have DELIVERED us – that in majority – in there ABUSE of us, in the taking from us, has “greased there hands” – filled there pockets at the EXPENSE of in our millions – the citizens, the people of Hungary.
Hungarians – the CHALLENGING of Orban, the opposition to him, the “fall from grace” having any or no respect for his name Orban nor of his Fidesz Government is in a STRONG growth pattern in Hungary.
Hungarians we have an opposition being the Tisza Party that have a CLEAR message to the people of Hungary that in that MESSAGE – there TALK – factually contains a HOPE of our FUTURE.
Spring of 2026 remains distanced and what un-vails occurs in Hungary through to Spring of 2026 the date of our National Elections other than to say things will have WORSENED in Hungary will in all probability be FACT but this is why to have HOPE, a future for Hungary it must be the time the end, the DOWNFALL of the Victor Mihaly.
