After 15 years in power, the Hungarian government blames 1-year-old Tisza Party for healthcare system failures
The “pact” between Brussels and Hungary’s opposition Tisza Party, led by Péter Magyar, is preventing the renovation of ambulance stations and hospitals, the state secretary for health said in Győr, in north-western Hungary, on Wednesday.
A total of 54 ambulance stations have been built and 120 upgrades since Fidesz and the Christian Democrats came into power in 2010, Péter Takács told a press conference, adding that this covered around 60 percent of the country’s ambulance stations.
“We would like to continue down this path, but there’s something that keeps slowing this process down,” the state secretary said. “The Brussels elite is trying to help bring the Tisza Party to power at all costs, and in return, they’ll carry out the orders they are given from the Brussels-based power centre,” Takács said.

Its a DEFEATIST action as is the case of the Victor Mihaly. Orban and his Fidesz Government, the Political Party of his Orban’s LEADERSHIP – Fidesz.
BLAME – he is, his Party, his Government – the PERSONIFICATION – is Victor Mihaly. Orban, his accusatory “toxic style” and practice that is VILE in its REPETITIVE practices that ALWAYS try to accuse others.

No passing the buck except if your public is truly stupid. The government in office meaning Orban and his Fidesz party are responsible for how Hungarians live and for the disasterous state of services in the country. In 2026 Hungarians just have to rid themselves of the Fidesz millstone that hangs around the neck of the nation. Economic analysis indicates that 20% of Hungary’s GDP is funnelled through NER’s who have little constructive economic purpose except to extract wealth from the public purse into their private hands. Twenty percent!
Twenty percent of Hungary’s companies operate not on market principles, not on merit-based principles but basically on loyalty. These companies don’t have normal hiring practices or use real business models bcause they are designed not for efficiency and profit but for kleptocracy passing money from the state to their owners. I know someone who worked for one of Meszaros’ companies. They had a team of a dozen workers at a construction site where they were supposed to demolish a structure. They were there for several months with no tools (eventually someone showed up with a couple of tools). The did nothing during their work days but got paid a minimal amount for their “work”. It was all a fraudulent embezzelment exercise.
The US spent trillions – more than both wars 1-2 to open eastern europe to freedom- it also spent billions to help europe rebuild and it security. No membership required, this with 1950 dollars. Today we have the EU demands – leveys fines and withholds money due to members. You will take in the 3rd world or they will destroy your elected goverment. Sort of like its role in destroying democracy in Ukraine. For over 75 years the the US paid for most of NATO – most EU members did’t even pay there 2%. As a outsider it was interesting to see the responce when jDVance speech made it clear no US support without freedom speech. The EU is now focused on destroying Orban governent using member funds. Especially now that USAID is no longer backing the opposition here.
In the last two years Fidesz destroyed the emergency doctor system all over the countryside, but in the meantime they claim a better system is put in place. It is a joke. The old “ügyelet” system was far from good, but at least it there was a doctor. There are hardly ambulances. Most stations have only one car on duty outside of office hours who must service huge area’s. One emergency and most places don’t have any doctor or medic. Irresponsable and criminal. I didn’t even started about hospitals and general practitioners.
